第1回の復習。

theirとskillsに挟まれた文脈から空所は形容詞だということは検討がついたが、managerialという形容詞を見たことがなかったので避けてしまった。
TOEICでは知らない単語は選ばない！という前提に進めているので。笑
受験者正答率が9割超えになってるけど、そこまで簡単な問題なんだろうか？

104. Everyone working in our offices --- a uniform that features our corporate logo.

A) to wear
B) wears
C) are wearing
D) have worn

主語述語の一致を問う問題。every〜が単数、というルールはなんとなく馴染まない。・・注意。

117. As the industrial cleaning agents can cause serious burns to the eyes and skin, please --- caution when opening the containers.

A) give
B) produce
C) conduct
D) exercise

"exercise caution"はコロケーション。
これはこの回の一番の難問みたいなので、まあ仕方ないかな。

131. The quality control measures that have been implemented at each of Spreewell Manufacturing's production facilities are among the most --- in the industry.

A) anxious
B) stringent
C) furious
D) stiff

quality control measuresを修飾するから「厳しい」という意味だろうな、という推測は付いたけど、stringentに見覚えがなかったのでstiffを選んでしまった。

147. --- June 1, this company will be a smoke-free workplace and smoking tobacco anywhere on the premises will no longer be tolerated.

A) Effective
B) Effecting
C) Effect
D) Effected

"Effective + DATE"はフォーマルな文書で使われるコロケーションとのこと。

リーディング

161.キーセンテンスの見落とし。もう少し丁寧に読めば取れたはず。

163.マークミス。問題用紙に書き込めない、という制約のせいもあるが気をつけたい。

193.問題文の読み違え。でもこれは難問。

リーディング・セクションを全部通してやったのはかなり久しぶりだけど、時間は特に問題なかった。パート６の穴埋めやパート７の長文も全部飛ばさずに読めるだけの速さは身に付いたのだと思う。ミスを減らす上ではテクニックに頼って進めるよりも、この方が圧倒的に有利だと感じる。（引っかけに引っかかっても800台は取れるけれど、950となるとそういうわけにもいかないので。）
